We generally advise new members to join delegate training sessions the EISMUN Club holds and have their first conference be a local EISMUN conference so that they get at least most of the basics and get to practice them in a more comfortable space than suddenly being put with more experienced delegates outside of school.

The EISMUN club provides excellent opportunities for awareness of relevant global issues. Conferences expose students to diverse people, perspectives, and experiences!
